The reason for wanting to have a private session could be a physical challenge, or maybe you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck. You might want to learn how to restore your energy and slow down. The aim is to create a practice to bring body and mind to a state of balance and harmony so they can return to their optimal state of functioning. We then have space to cultivate greater awareness and understanding of what needs to change so we can thrive in all aspects of life.
HOW CAN I SUPPORT MYSELF?
One-on-one sessions can be a great way to create your own personal daily practice (Sadhana), using many modalities.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS....
We will work together to come up with the best way to reach your goals and unlock your potential.
A first consultation where we will identify what those goals are, the reason of seeking guidance, habits, lifestyle and symptoms.
I will then come back to you with details of a practice, and if another follow up session is possible we will talk thru the details and do it together.
You will have the option to have sessions weekly, monthly or as you prefer
The options are unlimited and it depends on each individual's needs, time and experience
