
ABOUT YOGA
Yoga is both a practice and a state, moving us towards freedom from suffering and fulfilment in all areas of our life.
It does require consistency, self enquiry and devotion, and when done this way the gifts of the practice are endless.
Weaving asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation, mantras, mudras, kriyas, creating an alchemy to soften tensions, expand our awareness, bring steadiness and joy, become more powerful and take responsibility for our life choices.
I only share practices that I have been initiated into by my teachers, practices that I have experienced many times. Tools that can shift us away from reacting to responding with grace and moves us in alignment with our innate nature.
Being able to explore those practices with you is a true privilege.
